welcome homes and new bedrooms

so lucien is back home from two weeks with his grandparents and while i am sure he had a really good time, i am also sure that letting him go againanytime soon will be liking pulling teeth.  for me.  he went with a list of schoolwork and one thing got start and not even finished.  to say i am upset is am understatement.  moving along.  since he got home last night eldest son has been moving into his new room.  moving dressers, blankets, precious objects, and happily kicking his sister and brother out of his new room.  school work today consists of a page in a day on owls, a science experiment showing how the water cycle works, and for asher another letter that got coloured for his alphabet.
gah, this is extremely boring but i dont have it in me to be funny today :)

and also cat stevens and the cat empire and anything else cat that happens to be in my music collection. i have become a huge fan of using keywords to select my music of the day. don't know where the breeders fit into the cat theme but haze is still rocking it out. man she loves to dance and spin and fall over and laugh and then get up and do it all over again. as she steals bites of egg from my breakfast plate and her brother watches some mind numbing i am thinking of the end of the world and self sufficiency and chickens! i must get off of my butt and get myself a coop built. been talking about it for a long long time time and made many threats to it happening but not yet! oldest child has gone to visit his grandparents for a couple of weeks and it is funny how lack of lucien makes school just dissappear. hazel has created this playlist for you of some of her favorite songs.......too bad we cant find the sings to some of our favorite youtube videos.
